WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY ?

Reflexology is one of the healing arts.

Reflexology follows the principle that there are maps (reflex areas) located on the feet, hands, and ears, which correspond to organs, glands, and other parts of the body.

Reflexology uses the thumb and fingers in a unique manner on those reflex areas of the feet, hands, and ears.

Reflexology has been known to relieve stress and tension, improve circulation, reduce or eliminate pain, improve the function of the organs, glands, and other parts of the body as well as enhancing the self-healing potential of the body. Reflexology is also used as a preventative measure in healthcare maintenance by relieving the body of stress and tension.

The "Flocco" Method is a unique practice of this art. This method of Reflexology works all three systems (ears, hands, and feet) in an integrated fashion.

The Flocco method has been reported to be more effective than working on just one of these systems. It is probably the most complete system known to reflexology today.

A brief history of a healing art of Reflexology.

In 1917 an American medical doctor named William Fitsgerald discovered a fascinating fact, that there are complete maps of our body in the feet and hands.

In other words, every part of our hands and feet corresponds to some part of our body. By properly working/reflexing these areas of the hands and feet you can help the body heal itself of a wide range of health imbalances.

In 1957 a highly respected French neurophysiologist named doctor Paul Nogier discovered a complete map of the body in the outer ear.

The ear is the most scientifically documented of the Reflexology systems.
