How do I get the compounded prescriptions that I need?

They must be prescribed by your medical care provider who is welcome to work with yourself and us in selecting exactly what is best for you.

If I have a compounded prescription from another pharmacy can you fill it?

Yes. We are happy to transfer your prescription from another pharmacy or call your physician and obtain another one. All we need is the pharmacy name, phone number, and medication or prescription number.

How do I get my prescriptions if I cannot come in to the pharmacy?

We offer mail delivery to patients all over the continental United States. In most cases there is no charge for this service.

Do you take insurance cards for payment?

With a copy of your insurance information or a copy of your insurance card, our office staff will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining obtain reimbursement from your insurance company. We have multiple staff whose only job is to work with you to on these matters. We accept Master Card, VISA, and Personal Checks for initial payment.

What are your store hours?

We are open from 8:30AM PST to 5:30 PST Monday through Friday. We are closed Weekends and holidays.
